Enterprise excellence are the formation of shared teams with to collaborate expertise and experience of process, technology and data to support the continual improvement and viability of the enterprise.  The core of Enterprise Excellence are strategic enterprise teams:

  • Center of Excellence

  • Performance Excellence

  • Business Health Analysis

Center of Excellence

Center of Excellence is a dedicated shared team.  Center of Excellence (COE) teams provide cost effective productivity: 

  • Highly trained team of professional talent to managing change and training throughout the enterprise.  

  • Managed shared services for global processes and data to reduce duplicate effort and cost across the enterprise.

COE Teams can deliver services at various levels to address localized business and compliance requirements:

  • Regional (Specific support of regulations and requirements within specific regions)

  • Local (Additional localized support of regulations and requirements within a region)

Performance Excellence

Create teams within the organization to directly link business with IT to develop strategy to maximize effectiveness of people with process, technology and data.  This is a result of a dedicated effort to measure, analyzed and improve end-to-end processes within best practices of technology and data. A by-product of process excellence teams is a reduction of dependency and cost of requiring external resources along with retaining developed expertise within the organization.

Business Health Analysis

Business Health Analysis team to business health analysis to the business and process excellence.  This team is the enterprise "canary in the coal mine" providing trends requiring attention and continual monitoring for process excellence efforts.
